Review content:
As a young adult whenever I had a headache or tummy ache, I would just swallow a tablet and keep going. So when I experienced tooth ache for the first time, I took a pain killer and went about my tasks, till the day the pain killers no longer helped and I was driven to visit the good dentist at Newton Dental Group. Somehow visiting the dentist was never important to me until my unbearable toothache drove me to make a visit to get relief. Dr. Shahriar at Newton Dental Group explained to me how important Dental Care was. It was an eye opener just listening to the number of health problems that could arise just because I was afraid to visit my dentist regularly. For the first time, I realized why dental care was as important as taking care of the rest of me. Dr. Shahriar at Newton Dental Group took the time to explain to me that the mouth is the entrance to our gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, as we eat and drink with our mouth, it is important to take adequate care of our teeth, lips and gums, and keeping the mucus membranes healthy or else we were likely to contract Ulcers, chapped lips, gingivitis, halitosis, mouth sores, periodontal disease, stomatitis and my present problem – toothache.
