We stand behind and support all of our servers and bartenders on their serving practices.The 306 Restaurant strictly adheres to Liquor Law 179:5 which describes the conditions considered ""Prohibited Sales"".This law applies to anyone who may be driving,riding a bike,walking and even riding in a vehicle.It is The 306 Restaurant's policy and responsibility to ensure any and all individual's safety.
