Review content:
People are nice enough, but the work and level of honesty is terrible. I took my car in because the engine would not turn over. They told me I needed a new distributor cap because my current cap had some melting damage. I paid them for the part and labor, the car still woudln't start, and they then came back to me and told me I was having timing issues and needed a new timing belt. I knew they were lying because I recently had the timing belt changed, so I took it home planning to get a second opinion. After taking a look int he engine bay myself, I noticed that not only did they leave the old distributor cap just sitting lose in the engine bay, but that there was NO DAMAGE whatsoever to it. When I finally took my car to the dealership, they told me there were no problems at all with my timing or timing belt, and the problem was spark plug related. \r

I guess I can't even rate the work since I don't even know if they did anything to my car other than remove something and leave it in the engine bay. They basically damaged my car more instead of fixing anything. When I called them to remedy the situation they put me on hold and finally told me someone would call me back which they never did. I just gave up on them, because I'd rather just never be in that shop again.\r
\r
I would avoid this place at all costs, and for me personally it's left a bad taste in my mouth about going to any of the small auto shops in that area of gillman. I just take my car to the dealer or to a reputable place in the bellevue area these days...much better.
Cons: lies, poor work, did not take responsibility to remedy the problem
