Window Wares has terrible customer service. We purchased 2 window coverings (nearly $1,000.00). The installer left strings hanging from our Hunter Douglas blinds. It looks really tacky! Window Wares said ""you can fix them"". Hunter Douglas said Window Wares should take care of it and if HD has to send someone, there will be a charge. Since we've had the blinds 3 weeks, we can only imagine what these blinds will look like in a few years. Buyer beware of Window Wares in Bothell, Washington and Hunter Douglas' ""lifetime warranty"".
