KAREN IS GREAT!!!!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. I WILL SAY THAT WHEN YOU HOLD UP YOUR END OF AN AGREEMENT MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, PEOPLE ARE MORE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. BUT WHEN YOU CALL EVERY OTHER MONTH WITH AN ISSUE, THEY'VE HEARD IT ALL BEFORE. YOU ARE WITH A SECONDARY LENDER BECAUSE YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR A REAL LOAN B/C YOU DIDN'T PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME, THE LAST THING YOU WANT TO DO IS LET DOWN SOMEONE THAT HAS GIVEN YOU A 2ND CHANCE. IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH REAL JERKS, GO TO TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT...YOU'LL BE BEGGING TO HAVE HRFC BACK!!!!!
