Review content:
While doing business with them it was like they had never loaned anyone money before. They had NO IDEA what they were doing. As of today we are a week into working with them and they still can't figure out how to set up an allotment. Management always, and I mean ALWAYS are out to lunch. they are never in the office. We now have the dealership yelling at us because they haven't received their money. we are yelling at them because Hampton Road Finance doesn't know what the hell they are doing. DO NOT use these people if you can help it.
Pros: They will give you loan if you can't get one elsewhere
Cons: You have to hold their hand the entire way. Is as if they have no idea what is going on.
