This is my first review. I first wanted to say that the people at Hall were very friendly and helpful. Helped me get into the car that I wanted. However...the finance company that they have....which from going to the location its actually Hall as well...they just are the finance company division of Hall. They are one and the same. Any how...came into some hardship, and needed to make arrangements. The staff at Hampton roads finance are rude, very rude. Also wanted to know what the reason was that you couldnt pay...I mean really getting downright nosey. I thought he was going to ask me what color undies I had on because he was really getting downright personal!! I know that once I pay this vehicle off I will NOT deal with Hampton roads finance any further. Because after missing one payment...they are the only company I have ever dealt with that would issue a repossesion as well as get nasty with you on the phone. If those persons over at Hampton Roads finance that I dealt with read this...they know that it is them that I am speaking of.
Pros: Worked with me when I did not have stellar credit to get me into a late model vehicle.
Cons: Bad attitudes, not helpful nor understanding. Willing to Yank your vehicle and still have you pay.
