I purchased a car from Hall a year ago have never been 30 days late and I am paying Lexus prices for a Ford. I had no idea that this company was a part of Hall until when you call the number that they call you from goes straight back to Hall. I don't recommend this company to anyone, Frankly you be better off going to a pay here company then allow these sharks finance a bicycle for you. My payment is late on the 21st of month and today is the 22nd and i received a call stating that i need to contact them right away. This is a Vulture Company and trust me aft I pay off my car it will not be Hall that I purchase another car from again.
Pros: Hall Representatives are Great
Cons: HRF needs some serious customer service traing and a new staff that has some empthy for customers cause one day it can be you
