brought my car to WT for a bad transmission. The owner 'Mike' said they don't do rebuilds and wanted to put in a used one. While the car was there I asked him if they could look at the A/C unit because the A/C was not blowing cold. Mike told me the A/C was at no charge. Since I wanted a rebuild I went to put my car up from W.T. I paid Mike the $95 for looking at the trans. BUT, he then charged me $95 for adding A/C refrigerant. After going back and forth with him he dropped the $95 A/C fee and I signed the car our. And hour later a tow truck from a 'real transmission place' picked the car up. During that time Mike admitted to draining the refrigerant from the car. He had NO RIGHT touch the car AFTER I had signed it out. Now the car has an A/C compressor problem. Mike was dishonest and rude. When I picked the car up he was arguing with other customers at the counter. Waste of time and money. When I filed a complaint with BBB they tried to blame my wife for this! Come on!!! How dishonest can you be!
