well yes the food is great to you people who say the bagels were hard and felt like they were left out for a day your soooo wrong we made our bagels fresh everyday no joke the bakers come in at 3:30 in the morning so tell them there not fresh but yes i have to say some of our employees are very rude and not attentive to the customers but its hard to find good help so sometimes we have to deal with the low lifes who work for us and as for waiting people need to learn patience yes on a busy day you may wait 10 mins or so im sorry but thats buisness believe me we try to hussle the line but sometimes we get large orders that take a few mins to make but overall its good food and ok servixe depending on who is working that day i am marks daughter and i have worked there for about 5 years off and on and yeah i have had confrontations with a few customers but it happens but i highly suggest this place to anyone thanks for the buisness people without yall we woulden't be here so please come back to see us :)
Pros: cheap prices good grub
Cons: the building is in need of a tear down....
