Review content:
Absolute Maintenance and Consulting gets a 6 for value. I had a condo with a leak on the deck, with a matching condo down stairs where the leak went through to and messed up the wooden floors. I paid to have the deck redone by someone that the homeowner association recommended, and that didn't do it. Then I had another group that the home owner recommended, and it was still no good. Then, when we replaced our sliding glass door, and they had someone that could do the repairs, it still didn't work. We kept putting hundreds of bucks out there, and nothing worked. Then we looked online.
After a bit of research, I called Absolute Maintenance and Consulting, and they called back. When the guy got out here, he took a look, then pointed out everything that was wrong, what he would do, and at this point I really didn't care, I just wanted him to do it, and he did! That was that! They actually ended up with more problems downstairs later, so he went down and fixed those up too! Finally, it all ended up all right!
