My fiance and I had just purchased our first property. The property was built in 1931 and because of the age of the house, it had led us to do a mold inspection. We found absolute on angie's list and scheduled an inspection a few days later. We were unsure how it would turn out as the house is old and has some leakage on the roof.
Cameron arrived with his thermal detector and he showed us what he was screening for. He explained every step he was making and combining his knowledge and experience, he really brought up the problems of the house. Thankfully most of it was waterproofing the windows, stucco, and roof. Without his expertise, we would have never known the problems of the house and solution to them!! Cameron really saved us future headaches and stress.
We appreciate his time and knowledge and will always give him a call when we need expert advice on mold and water damage
