I hired them to waterproof my rooftop deck with Tufflex and seal the entire area with UV resistant top coat and paint.
I was incredibly pleased with my experience with Absolute Maintenance & Consulting, from start to finish. The owner personally came out to the property to assess the work needed and deliver a price estimate, all within 24 hours of my initial phone call. I had a very tight timeframe for when the work could be completed, and they were very accommodating of my schedule and were able to meet my accelerated timeline without any hiccups.
The team showed up on time each day and were very friendly, professional and courteous. They did an OUTSTANDING job prepping the house with mats and tarps to eliminate damage to my recently refinished floors, and an OUTSTANDING job cleaning up after the work was completed. In fact, they left the property cleaner than it was before they started.
Communication was an ease; all my phone calls and emails were answered within an hour or two.
The project was supposed to take a full 3 days, but they finished early (only 2.5 days). These guys really take pride in their work and it shows. The end product far exceeded my expectations. The team even went beyond the scope of work to fill in a few cracks that may cause water issues in the future. They did this free of charge! I have nothing negative to say about them and would highly recommend them.
