The above review should have been a 1 star review. I think the poster messed up. But she nailed it on the head. A real crap hole. Son (Ben) and partner (John) are real scum bags! They ripped off the father in-law, Bens wife Janet, her Father. What a scum bag thing to do.
Ben himself is nothing more than a DO IT MY WAY, I AM GOD, I AM RIGHT, YOU ARE WRONG, MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT BUT YOU CANT, KID HATING punk!
The people that live there are mostly jerks to. The ones from when it was a nudist/swingers place. They are very bitter and nasty to anyone and everyone that moves in. They blame them for all their ill's. The place is in a flood plane. Water cuts through it during the rains and the roads wash out leaving some stranded.
This is not a good place to invest in ownership. Nor would I move and RV in there no matter how cheap. You will be treated like scum. In Bens own words, ""My home owners are better than you, you have no rights, Its their home not yours.""
