I bought 3 phones from the Diamond Wireless Verizon location kiosk located in front of the food court.
1. Mototola Razr (Wife) $250
2. Htc Rezound (Me) $250
3. Intensity 2 Blue (Daughter) Free with $50 rebate. They paid me $50
I compared the prices with the other Verizon stores and i ended up saving $150 by going with this company. I also called customer service to double check that my warranty was the same as if i bought it from the Verizon store and their warranty and return policy is the exact same. (Not sure what the heck the review before me was smoking that day)
The manager (Juan) helped me out and was very clear about the 1 year warranty, return/exchange policy, and insurance options. He took an additional 15 min with me after the transaction to make sure my email was set up correct and showed me a bunch of awesome apps that will help me save time through out my day. I went back a few days later for a car charger and Juan was able to get me 50% off for another $15 savings.
I would and have recommended this location to ALL my friends. He also gave me his card with his personal cell # for any needs or questions. I would go here any day over being just another number in a 30 min line at the Verizon store.
