I love Franklyn Studio. I have been going there for the past 3 years, and they are wonderful. I love my stylist/colorist. She does a wonderful job of giving me a slightly different color and cut each time to keep the look current but absolutely never anything drastic. She always is on-time and completely professional. She always checks multiple times before she cuts to make sure that I am comfortable with the length. The staff there has always been very courteous. Whenever I call with a question or to reschedule an appointment, they respond courteously and professionally. I love that they send me an e-mail reminder a few days in advance of my appointment. Additionally, on the few occasions that I have to reschedule and there is not an appointment available in the next week or two, they have scheduled me with the next available appointment and then put me on a cancellation list. Both times, I have gotten a call back fairly quickly with another sooner available appointment. I also love that the salon makes their products available but offers no high-pressure sales tactics. If I like what they do, that's great and I can buy it, and if I don't want it, that's fine, too. I have always been offered a drink and something to read. Franklyn Studio is my little luxury, and I always feel pampered when I leave. For me, it has been Simply the Best.
Pros: Great customer service and a stylist who actually listens to what I want!
