ABSOLUTELY AWESOME - service and quality! I called to inquire about upholstering 6 chairs on a Thursday afternoon, by Friday, the owner had stopped over to look at the chairs. He talked me through choosing fabric over the weekend and I gave him the chairs on Sunday. It is Tuesday night and I am sitting on my gorgeous chairs writing this review because the owner of the company dropped them off this evening.
This has been the BEST experience I have probably ever had with customer service. The chairs are absolutely beautiful - the detailing is exquisite. I want to get rid of the dining room table so I can just look at the chairs on their own! I want to reupholster the whole house!
