was working @ the job sight @ 5th & wash., in portland or. i had noticed the owner of the company & his crew working for the most part hard. while they were working there i had come to realize that a girl on his crew was also his daughter. they were in constant communication with each other & seemed like any father/daughter work team.few days later outside of the job sight i noticed her when the philco crew were not there. well she was talking with someone and i overheard her & this guy talking about HEROIN. i am 100% sure of what i heard. she was asking this guy if he had any heroin he could give her or sell her. now i know 100% positive this was the daughter of the owner of philco asking someone for heroin. my only concern is if she & her father share interests in drugs? after hearing her ask a guy for heroin, now realize that both phil & rachel were both sluggish both their eyes looked as if they were on narcotics. you think of contracting philco,think again. they are buying drugs, & drug money supports terrorism. i am against drugs & the negative effects they have on people & the evil drug money supports. i only just worked with rachel and found this out. i believe she lives with her father.I believe he knows what she's into & knows if his daughters on heroin or some kinda hardcore drug
