In the snow I slid off the road. The lady that answered the phone at Joe's gave me a sense of understanding and told me she would have a tow truck to me in just a few minutes. Upon arrival the man made me feel at ease with what I had done. He hooked up my car and pulled me out of the ditch. He was very nice to me for what I did. I don't know why any one would have a problem. He was very professional in his demeanor and in the way he handled my car.
