I lived in a studio here. The pool and cheap prices were the only nice things about this apartment. The maintenance was fast (ish) but not reliable. The bottom of my tub was all weird and wiggly (yes, wiggly) when you stood in it and the apartment manager neglected to fix the issue (water was seeping in between the tub and the shower overlay) which made standing in the shower difficult. But hey- they got me a new refrigerator when mine broke... that I had to move into my apartment myself.\r

Free ""ample"" outdoor parking is cool, when there isn't snow and they plow your car in so bad that no shovel is gonna get you out in time for work. I'm talking plowing 2'-3'-4' behind your car so theres no way you can get out. \r

If the apartment manager is the same lady I would never rent from here again, I feel horrible for her poor husband she was always yelling at in front of renters too. Awkward... \r

So many cute cheap places in Cedarburg, keep looking- this isn't the place.
