Review content:
There practices are inconsistent. I was told that graduate students, mostly, lived in my building and it was quiet. This could not possibly be less true. Although they strictly enforce the fire code when it comes to a tenant breaking their lease, they do not follow the law on fire safety for there rentals. I know at least 5 people who were never supplied a fire extinguisher, which is against fire code. They also get to a point were they act out against you childishly. A very unprofessional company. Truthfully, if they read this and figure out it is me, I am sure they will come into my apartment (like they have before when I was in the shower even though I said hold on) like they are allowed to under the lease and find something to charge me mass amounts of money for.
