Review content:
I don't even want to give this place one star my experience was so awful. At first, all pistons were firing (excuse the pun there), but very quickly thereafter it was the most miserable experience I could have imagined. Not only do they use sub-par parts to offset cost, which is a pet peve of mine especially on a new car, but they also created more damage to the car in the process of working on it, I had to keep going back to them to get it repaired after the fact. But at the end, it took three weeks to get the final detail work done because they choose to hire out irresponsible boobs who cannot even find their way to pick up a phone. In the end, it took me finally getting angry enough to want to bring a lawsuit against them for negligence for them to finally get someone not only responsible but really good at his job to finally come out to finish the job! (Thank you a thousand times Tony from Euro Stripes! A true godsend!) Lesson learned...and I hope that this will hopefully help someone else out there not to make the same mistake that I did.
