Where to begin. \r 1. Wouldn't provide my lender with information for weeks, when requested. \r 2. Would provide accurate account of funds at closing. Used an excel spread sheet, not the county required documents. \r 3. Wouldn't respond to emails for days. \r 4. Told me (Gerry Barry) she doesn't have time to read emails, but WOULDN'T CONTACT HER TITLE DEPT FOR RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS BY PHONE--ONLY EMAIL!\r 5. Didn't pay the hazard insurance for 6 weeks after close, even when provided with an invoice by me at signing time.\r \r \r I have purchased 23 properties over the last 14 years. Never have I had such an awful experience. \r \r I have not confidence in this company. And am writing a formal complaint to the insurance board because of some SERIOUS issues that I have not address in this review.\r \r BEWARE! DO ANYTHING TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! \r \r IF YOU USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY! Pros: I had my doubts, but we finally recorded once I personally called her title department for release to record. Cons: TOO NUMEROUS TO LIST. HUGE OVERCHARGES. BE WARNED!
