I JUST CALLED THEM TO ASK WHAT TYPES OF LASERS THEY HAVE AND THE LADY WAS SO RUDE AND ON TOP OF IT YOU CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND A WORD SHE SAYS. SHE DOESN'T SAY HOLD ON, SHE JUST LEAVES YOU HANGING WHILE SHE TAKES CARE OF OTHER BUSINESS AND I WAS SOOOOO NICE TO HER, I'M ALWAYS THE NICEST CUSTOMER EVER AND I NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ACT SO RUDE, NON-HELPFUL, AND MEAN FOR NO REASON....SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY BYE AT THE END, SHE JUST CLICKED. ALL I DID WAS ASK WHAT TYPES OF LASERS DOES DR. KAPLAN OFFER AND SHE WAS LIKE ""WE OFFER QUOTES IN PERSON,"" UM SORRY BUT THAT DOESN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION, IDIOT. HE NEEDS TO FIRE HER SO HE CAN BRING CUSTOMERS LIKE ME IN THAT ACTUALLY PAY MONEY FOR GOOD WORK. NOTE TO EVERYONE..YOU CAN TELL HOW A DOCTORS OFFICE IS BY SPEAKING TO THE RECEPTIONIST. AND THIS PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY GARBAGE, PLEASE GO TO SOMEWHERE FRIENDLY LIKE I'M GOING TO TRY TO FIND!!!!!! Cons: RUDE RECEPTIONIST, STAFF IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE
