Review content:
While I had a good experience with my first visit, on my second visit the stylist was extremely overbooked. The haircut was done well but was not what I had wanted (which is partly my fault for not reminding her of what we had talked about the previous time). The same stylist wasn't available to fix it at times I could come in, so I went to another stylist. She gave me a quality cut but said that I would have to wait until it grew out more before I could get it back to the way I wanted it. When I checked out with some haircare products I noticed that I wasn't charged for the cut which I assumed was because I had paid for a cut the week before and had not gotten what I wanted. When I got home the receptionist called to tell me that she forgot to charge me for the cut. I told her that I thought that was because I had just been in and they were trying to fix the cut I was unhappy with. She said she could put the charge on my card with my verbal approval. I stated more directly that I had paid for the cut the week before, didn't get what I wanted, and that I thought I wasn't being charged for this cut. She ignored what I said and again repeated that she could put the charge on my card. I was disappointed because I recently moved to Nashville and thought I had found my new salon. I felt like this situation was not handled well and I will not be going back.
