A few weeks ago someone wrote a very negative review of Preston Thompson's Carpet Shoppe on this City Search site. The Thompsons, who have been an important part of the Dickson community for over 40 years, are understandably concerned about the incident and would like to hear from the reviewer personally. \r

The Carpet Shoppe prides itself on its customer service and is the only carpet dealer in this area who offers a 3 year written labor warranty. Customer satisfaction is what our business is built on.\r
