Review content:
I found a number of online ""customer"" reviews (including at least one here) that were obviously written by Crest Honda staff. The reality doesn't match the over-the-top praise these reviews spew out. I tried to buy a car for my wife from Crest this past weekend, but Crest made that impossible. Everyone we talked to was a new employee - the ""senior"" guy had only been there six months. They tried every sleazy car-sales tactic on us, and when they finally figured out we weren't the kind of customer to fall for their games, they simply made sure the car was priced so high that we walked. We drove home, found the same car listed at Cookeville Honda, called them on the phone and told them the price we needed. They agreed over the phone, we drove from Nashville to Cookeville, and the deal was done in 45 minutes.\r

Crest doesn't deserve your business unless they make some big changes to their business.
Pros: Easy to get to
Cons: Sleazy sales tactics, high employee turnover
