This odd little duck of a business seems to do a brisk business with the hobbyist crowd. However, I would strongly discourage any casual PC user or serious business user from wasting their time with this little ""screwdriver shop."" You will be frustrated...guaranteed. I've read a few negative blog postings about these guys, so apparently, I'm not the only one who has been rubbed wrong by this shop.\r \r The selection is great, but my praise ends there. Rude customer service, incompetent (and virtually non-existent) tech support, and high prices make General Nanosystems a place to avoid.\r \r I spent weeks going round and round with these clowns over some compatibility issues they should've ironed out on the first visit. I spent several hundred more on this notebook PC than its equivalent from Dell would've cost, PLUS had to spend hours of my valuable time constantly returning it so that their trained chimps could look at it and scratch their heads in bewilderment. In between, playing phone tag with their tech support (which is only open a few hours each day). They eventually got it right...but only after I devoted much of my valuable time pressing them on the issue. All this for a basic APPLIANCE. It ain't rocket science, people!\r \r Get a Dell. Do it right and have it up and running out of the box. We all have better things to do than play games with amateurs. Pros: Nice website, wide selection. Cons: Inability to understand business customer needs, poor tech support, lied to me several times.
