This was HANDS DOWN the worst service I ever received at a restaurant, and if I could, I would give it ZERO STARS. My wife and I received a gift certificate for $25 off of a $35 order, and we decided to cash it in. When we got there, we saw an entire staff that was standing around & doing nothing, an empty dining room, and a filthy kitchen. We stood around for a few minutes without the kids behind the counter so much as acknowledging our presence. Finally, my wife asked if we were to seat ourselves, only to have a kid gesture toward the table and say, ""Uhhh... Yeah. She'll be with you in a few minutes. Eventually, we were visited by our waitress, and we placed our order. Since the stipulations of the gift certificate said we HAD to order at least $35 worth of food, my wife and I figured we would order enough for our entire family and bring everything home. The total equaled out to three pizzas and a side of bred. Well, apparently the kid behind the counter thought our order was excessive and had no problem sharing his opinion out loud by saying ""That table of two is getting ALL THAT FOOD?!"" and he proceeds to stare at my wife. Well by that point, I had enough. I got up, demanded to see a manager and explained to him exactly why I wasn't, nor will I ever dine there. DO NOT waste your time or money, people. There are far better places in the area for pizza. If you like chain restaurants, I suggest Uno's, located inside the Outlet Mall. If you prefer a locally owned and operated establishment, I suggest Twins, located up the road in downtown Clio.
