I have been going to the Blue Moon for the last two years and I plan on going as long as they are there. The food is consistently awesome and you can't find a menu like theirs anywhere else! (I'm salivating as I type just thinking about the huevos rancheros and the breakfast burritos!...........And then there's the cap'n crunch french toast. WOW!). I love that the staff is laid-back and down to earth. I deal with enough ""stuffed shirts"" in my business. If there is a wait, it's because it's worth it and it is usually less than they say. It is a ""must"" with my out of town guests as well as locals. There's nothing like it on a Saturday morning or even after a Saturday night out on the town.
Pros: Food, staff, atmosphere
Cons: I can't get there enough!
