I am local in Dania, and I was so excited to hear they were rebuilding the pier and opening a "" Beautiful"" resturant on the pier. My Friends and I went there one day on lunch about a month after it opened. We decided to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the "" Breathtaking view"". We waited about 15 minutes till finally the server came out and offered us drinks. As I glanced over the menu I noticed they offered a nice variety of foods to choose from, and although I thought the prices were a little high for lunch. I took into consideration that resturants like these love to take advantage of their customers', buy selling the BREATHTAKING VIEW. So, we ordered our food, and my Grilled chicken and avacado wrap, was delicious even though they neglected to put in the avacado. I did not get mad I said to myself they are new and are bound to make mistakes at the begining. So my friends and I went back there recently and I have vowed from this day on I will never go back there again, not only was the service, and appreance of the place horrible, but when I brought it to the owners attention not only did he treat me like I was a idiot, but he did not care and basically told me I could take my business somewhere else. I was appalled by this treatment. I've never experience such lack of consideration as a customer, and for him to not take any responsibilty for the errors that were made, and to basically make it seem like my expectations were set to high. So my question is this, at what point do you decide if a over priced meal and being treated like an alien is worth the naturally beautiful breathtaking view of Dania beach. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not encourage anyone to spend a time of there hard earned money at this place. Its such a shame to because I love Dania, and if your from there you know its a easy going little city and to have such snobery and robbery in our city is disgusting.
