I love omelettes and was thrilled to see at least two dozen varieties listed on their menu at brunch this Saturday! We've tried coming here before on Sundays, but we were warded off by the long line. Saturday at 11:30 got us a table immediately and a quick invitation to one of their enormous omelette feasts. Where else can you get apple/maple-cured ham/brie all in one egg wrap? Amazing.
