Review content:
I lived in Nupac's 3006 Royal Street location for a semester after having returned from my study abroad trip and I really liked my experience. I previously lived in Stuho Housing which was one of the worst experiences of my renting life! Although Stuho units are quality areas to live in, they only care about taking as much of your money as they can get their hands on. They really don't care about their tenants once you sign their contracts. Maintenance problems go ignored and they put up many many excuses before actually giving you back your security deposit. With Nupac I'm happy to report that I received my full deposit back on the day I moved out. One big, happy check was waiting for me. My unit was one of the better units which had hardwood floors instead of ugly carpet, granite counter tops and a spacious floor plan. They had recently renovated the unit and I was told that management was slowly and steadily going to do the same for the rest of the complex. Which is great because I loved my studio, it was a really cute place to live in, I'll miss it. Another great plus about the place is its location! University Gateway is two minutes away, Superior is five minutes away, and the Row is practically your neighbor! Can't beat that location and the low rent!
