i've had two different installations here on 2 different cars in the past 4 years. both times the sales staff were great. they actually recommended stuff that was below the price range i was willing to pay because those were just the right products for me.
this last time i went there i was exceptionally impressed. i had a new car that a horrible sound system, which was baffling to me. it turns out minis have weird speakers that you can't really just replace without overhauling the whole system and spending serious money. they installed an amp and a sub for around $250 total and it sounds great. he didn't try to sell me on the crazy overhaul job just to make a bigger sale. he worked with my expectations and got me what i wanted. the car sounds great and i'm happy.
