Where do I start? The roof was not installed to the standards stated on their contract, their crews left our lawn littered with nails and scrap material (which we didn't find until after the snow melted) and cost overruns ate up insurance money that was supposed to cover work Professional was not doing. Their window sub-contractor mis-measured the winow twice, so it took 3 months to replace a window. When we tried to withold final payment until the work was completed as per the contract they threatened a lien. We agreed to pay after they scheduled someone to come out & finish everything up. Guess what, they never showed and the work still hasn't been completed. You would be better off not having a roof on your house than hiring Professional to do any work.
Pros: Materials used on roof were high quality
