The owner of Fleming Carpet Cleaning, Damien, is a racist and cheats temp workers.
He recently hired two workers to clean carpets and distribute fliers. After 18 hours of hard work, he refused to pay them at all, stating how he hated whites several times, and taunting them with ""What you gonna do about it?"" The workers, desperate for their pay, did one more job for Damien with only the guaranteed payment ""we'll see.""
After this final job was completed, the 2 workers went to his home, where he proceeded to fly into a rage, enter their privately-owned van and destroyed their property while reclaiming his equipment, then paid them a grand total of $60 for their 18 hours of hard work.
