We had our entire house done w/ laminates from this company. Joseph, the owner kept trying to push us to use a dark cherry finish, when we wanted a much lighter choice... we ended up using our preference, but he was quite pushy about his ""suggestion"". Owner told us materials had 20yr warranty, (discovered later it was only 5 yr warranty)yet within a week of installation, when we found pieces of laminate planks which were irregular or even had chips in it, the owner blamed it on our original subfloor being a problem. Which makes no sense as to why his installers would use broken/chipped laminate planks. In addition, when the laminate began chipping and we called them for repair, since it was under warranty, the owner charged us $200 to fix the problem. He has not only lied and overpromised what he was actually willing to deliver, he becomes beligerant and hard to reach when it comes time for him to make good on his word w/. regard to warranty and service. Yet he really bugged us to get the job once he gave us estimate for job. As previous poster experienced, Joseph yelled at us on the phone when we tried to get problems resolved... He caused us great aggrevation and stress. Absolutely do not even consider this company. My ratingn reflects one star, because ""zero"" was not given as an option here.
