I want to say that before I found Thomas Hills I thought my life was going to be in the toilet. I was confused, angry, hurt and embarassed that I was in his office. I began to talk to him and cry. I felt helpless, I thought for sure, I was going to have to start my life over. Meaning, no cars, no house, no money and bad credit. I am writing today on his behalf because it really could have ended up that way, but it didn't. He asked me to give minimal things necessary to help my case. Once I did that, I began to feel much better. His price was affordable and he was accessable when I needed him most. Can you believe it? He actually knows who you are personally, answers his phone and he text you the same day; if not within the same few minutes or hour. I never experienced so much happiness when it comes to Customer Service and just plain ole getting things done. He was knowledgeable in his craft and easy to talk to, most of all he got my case taken care of and I am no longer in the red I still have my home, cars, and eventually my credit will be where it should be again. For his hard work and efforts I cannot begin to say how much I thank him for his services.
