Review content:
If you read the majority of negative reviews they are for the most part right on correct. I can't really say anything positive about them except for they're always ready and willing to collect your rent check! They are rude and ill-mannered and this company is the worst I've ever dealt with since I've been a renter. They appear compassionate and concerned wanting you to think they are the best around and will take care of your every want and need. Once you're in, you're on your own. Forget about repairs, if you can get past the receptionist you'll get another voicemail if you're lucky. When you talk to someone (if they ever call you back) they say they'll take care of it. A week or two goes by, you call again. They pretend that is was taken care of and then agree to send out another person. Sometimes is does get repaired after the second or third call. If you call again the maintenance manager tries the initimidation and belittling tactics on you, complaining and scolding you about all the properties they have to manage and take care of and how dare you question them. Is that not their job? Property Management? If anything serious goes wrong be prepared to live with it until they feel like getting it repaired. It will take weeks to months as they pass the buck from one excuse and person to another. Do a thorough inspection of their buildings before you rent and I mean thorough, make sure you understand everything. Leaks, wiring, security, etc. They have extremely poor maintenance, rude repairmen in addition to the rudeness you already get from the office. Rent at your own risk. I would avoid their buildings, there are many others and more competetively priced.
Pros: None, As bad as the other reviews say
Cons: Too many to list
