I lived in my apartment for the past year and half and I have always had nice experiences. I must be honest, work used to take forever to get done but I would always call Melissa and she made sure it got taken care of. I can see where some people wrote that repairs took awhile. It used to but it is better now that we can just send an email. I am surprised to see the negative experiences so many seem to have but I guess I am the lucky one. Maybe calls don't get returned immediately but like I said I always have good luck with Melissa. She is really fun, down to earth and I know she does care. Thanks MCM and thanks for Melissa!
