I too, have found MCM a PLEASURE to deal with! Perhaps it would behoove some tenants to get to know people before throwing complaints and insults at them? I make a point of going into the office in person to pay my rent. It's a way to get people to know you, and connect a face with a name and unit number. When I moved into my apartment four years ago it was the dead of winter and my heater was not working! They showed up here with space heaters for me to use while a brand new furnace/air conditioner was being installed! Typical plumbing repairs are done within a few hours, unless you are unlucky enough to have your dishwasher break on New Years Eve. That required a wait until TODAY because repair contractors were not open. MCM has always returned my calls in a timely fashion and I can't even think of going back to OWNING a home after this kind of service! So, maybe some people need to start speaking through a smile, and wait more than two hours for a plumber before ragging on the management. My advice: Buy a home and call a plumber. Try it. You will be back here before long. I also suggest you rent from my FORMER landlord for a while. That will help you see the BIG PICTURE as they say.
