Review content:
I think after reading the reviews it's well established that this company is a representative for slumlords. The Maintenance of their properties and tenants units is substandard to non-existent. The only way you will get repairs done is to threaten or follow-through with filing complaints with the city, then at the final hour they will come through and perform. They don't follow through on anything or even return phone calls, yet they wonder why you get upset with them. It seems they are in over their heads in all areas. The best advice is to do everything in writing so you can either have it fixed and deduct out of your rent, file complaints & code violations with the city or take them to court. I would imagine if you had their properties inspected there would be enough code violations to nearly put them out of business. Cons: Most everything
