Before considering any property offered as a rental by MCM Property Management check with Rent Board either in West Hollywood or Los Angeles city/county to see what complaints have been filed against that property. MCM is well know for filing numerous Lawsuits against their tenants and vice a versa. Me and my family thought that they were helpful and nice and after complaining about needed repairs and other issues they lied and stated that we did not let them into fix the problems and it was our fault. they lied, sent numerous letters terrorizing me and my family that we had to move for peace of mind.
