Review content:
Being that my husband travels often with his work, we have to move frequently and MCM has been the BEST company we have had the pleasure of working with. Melissa is great, she is on the ball and on top of everything! Have you met Elle? She is an absolute doll. Not only did they explain things in detail, they called us back when they said they would, gave us all the numbers to call to establish services and they even recommended us to a local gym, drycleaner and fantastic housekeeper. We too live in an older building so naturally their is more maintenance but we are patient. Maybe you longer tenants have bad luck with repairs but Candace the newest lady in the office called us back the same day we placed our request. Sorry others have such bad luck with them but I am definitely going to share this site with our neighbors because I know how much they adore the office staff too. Sounds like all the negativity is making you so unhappy so why not move?

Cons: Some of the nasty tenants on this website dissing good people.
