Wow! this Clinic ( If you want to call it that) has the most outlandish fees they charge for services rendered that all other eye care specialists don't charge! They charge some phantom fee called "" Contact Fee Services"" for $77.00 that to my understanding is for their knowledge they share with you! Really? Then, they charge another $155.00 fee for "" Follow up Fittings""! Guess what Dr. Meuler? Other eye care specialists don't charge for these, nor, have I ever heard of this practice ever! I had to make four appointment trips to this place ( not my choice) for them to to tell me contacts fit. Customer service is horrible as well. The receptionist ignores you until she is ready to acknowledge you. (The waiting room is very small and there was never anyone there but me all the times I had to go there.) So, if you want to throw your money away for services rendered that other places include in their fee which insurance covers, this place is for you. If not, keep looking! There are plenty of other Eye Care Specialists in Spokane that don't charge these fees!
