Review content:
We had a terrible experience with John. Inititally he appeared to be very professional and friendly, however, he was very dishonest about a delivery of some trees we were interested in purchasing. He also quoted us a price and then increased the price when it was time to pay for the trees. We were displeased, disgusted, and perturbed as to the way in which he handled business. He became very irrational over the phone and made comments that were asinine and unprofessional in nature and did not honor his contract. We did not receive ""top notch"" service whatsoever. We will never do business with John again. His staff, however, was very helpful, polite, and in fact friendly overall.
