Review content:
Bill Leary Air Conditioning & Heating works very hard to make sure our customers get the most out of warranties on equipment they have purchased. However, there are a few things that the manufacturers may not cover regarding warranties. \r
If a system is not properly maintained and a dirty filter causes a malfunction, it is very likely that parts will not be covered under warranty. In addition, if an unlicensed technician or person is brought in by the customer to cut corners and performs work that compromises or damages the system, it is almost certain any work done or parts used to remedy the situation will not be covered.\r
\r
We realize the stress a customer feels when presented with the obligation of paying for something they believed to be under warranty. We would like nothing more than to have our customers systems covered under warranty eternally and under any and all circumstances. Its just not realistic for the manufacturer to offer that. It is also not realistic to expect a business to service a system that is not under warranty for free. Please know that we check and double check to see if there is anyway for our customers to take advantage of warranty benefits. 100% Customer Satisfaction is our goal.\r
