Review content:
I had a friend who had an appointment at the office and from start to finish, she said the staff from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the assistants were great. What wasn't so great was the amount of times she had to go back to have a filling redone or checked, or grinded down so she could bite evenly. Now being no stranger to having dental work done I feel like I fully know what to expect especially after getting worked on. Never in my years of dental experience have I known anyone who had to go back multiple times to have the same tooth worked on! She said the work seemed to be rushed through and that she was in and out in no time, which seemed great at first, but the amount of times she had to go back wasn't worth it. The work was redone at no cost to her, but it did cost her her time. She won't be going back there and I definitely wouldn't want any of my friends or family to have similar experiences. (Oh, and if you were wondering, she didn't want to publish anything about her experience but I felt like her story needed to be shared so others could make better informed decisions.) Pros: great and friendly staff Cons: quality of work is poor
