Review content:
Western Design Properties is the managing service of Jade Tree Garden Apartments and is a real pit hole. The manager Martha has taken a racially mixed apartment complex into one of near hispanic only. Not only that, but they don't like to hear your complaints about noisy neighbors (especially if they are hispanic). They are abusive and will ignore your requests for security and rule enforcement. They write letters to you about operations of the apartment complex that is barely legible with the English language. Sometimes they don't even write letters at all and come into your apartment un-announced. One time they painted our door and left it wide open all day for anyone to enter while we were at work (no letter warning). One time I asked for help with the caucing in the bathroom (mold - bad installation by managment) and was denied by Martha for help, who said, ""Maybe if you kept your bathroom clean you wouldn't have mold."" We have been picked on because we are non hispanic (because we tell the truth) and they don't like being told on. They allow trash, toys and shopping carts of their hispanc tenants and they don't even bat an eye. They then picked on my room mate because he hung blue drapes in the upper bedroom (small, tasteful, and barely noticable). They said they were going to kick us out because of that (and they allow the neighbors to allow screaming children to run around this place until 10:00 at night who leave toys and trash around). They are very against the non hispanic people and aren't afraid to make sure you understand that. This place is a pit hole guys, be warned!
