Positive Changes has definitely made some positive changes in my life. I think about how I eat & what I eat & how if AFFECTS me. I've never done this before.\r
Not only am I working on my weight issues I've had my whole life, but whatever I'm struggling with, whether it be stress, problems sleeping, anger-they address those things as well. WHICH...affect my EATING.\r
I do love my changes. And I will say, Edward @ the Francis PC is a top notch hypnotist, as well as human being. I cannot say enough about the difference he's made in the way I see things & look at myself. I hope he never leaves there.\r
